DOE HANFORD SITE SUPPORT
Acuity, previously known as PT&C, provides a broad range of on-site cost engineering and project controls support for the DOE’s Hanford Site, including the $16 billion Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant (WTP) and the Hanford Tank Farm. Work has included on-site cost estimating support, such as providing technical assistance for the management of existing contracts; analyzing requests for equitable adjustment; monitoring and evaluating the contractor’s overall change control process; monitoring and evaluating the project schedule for integrity, reliability, and accuracy; and analyzing the contractor’s EVMS data and other cost and schedule performance information.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR
DOE EM HEADQUARTERS

Acuity, previously known as PT&C, has provided continuous program and project management support to the DOE Office of Environmental Management (EM) since 2007. PT&C helps the DOE assess the risks of multiple projects, evaluates DOE contingencies and contractor budgets through project completion, and assists the DOE in analyzing, evaluating, and reporting project data on
its capital asset project portfolio. This analysis includes identification of potential risks that could impact successful completion of projects to meet cost and schedule goals.
